OUR VISION
Our strategy is to grow our current pipeline to deliver 300 quality homes.
We focus on projects of an average size of 40 units or less, so that securing the land then avoids competition with the volume house-builders and the local private equity developers.
All new development opportunities will be stress-tested to show best, expected and worst case scenario to ensure the associated outcomes are duly considered and contingency planning is in place.
All new opportunities will have to pass pre-determined benchmarks for demographic density, demographic profile, house prices and employment statistics and therefore provide additional detail to inform the decision making process.
Sitting behind the development appraisal is a sales and marketing plan capitalising on the in-house experience, the preparation of sales graphs, the appointment of a local agent and the focus required to ensure reservations are converted to completions as quickly as possible.
